Guests with wheelchairs

For most events, you can book a wheelchair spot via the event on strawberryarena.se or through the Stockholm Live app. If that option isn’t available, please contact info@stockholmlive.com or call 0776-70 77 77 on weekdays between 09:00-13:00, and we will assist you!

At Strawberry Arena, we offer wheelchair seating at stand 1, row 26, as standard. The number of seats may vary by event. Guests with reduced mobility using a wheelchair can bring one companion, included in the ticket price.

The companion will be seated next to or behind the wheelchair space, subject to availability. If more than one companion is needed, you will be required to present a certificate at the entrance.

Guests with reduced mobility

For guests with reduced mobility, we suggest booking seats high up in stand 1 to avoid the steps. In stand 1 you can access your seat via row 26 and row 25 is one step down.

For stands 2 and 3, there are steps to access the seats. If you are seated in these stands and face challenges navigating steps, please contact one of our staff members upon entering the arena, and they will assist you in reaching your seat. There might be a few steps to manage between the elevator and your seat.

Feel free to contact our ticket support for assistance with your booking.

Transport service

Guests arriving by transport service should be dropped off and picked up at the front of Quality Hotel/Entrance Hx, which is about 25 meters away from the Arena. At entrance Hx, our Arena staff will be there to greet you and guide you to your seat.

If you’re arranging for a transport service to take you home after an event, please allocate approximately 30 minutes for the booking, as the exact end times of concerts and matches are typically not provided in advance.

Reduced mobility with own car

For individuals with reduced mobility traveling by their own car there are designated disabled parking spaces available in the parking lots of both Mall of Scandinavia and Arenagaraget.

Please note that these spaces tend to fill up rapidly when the shopping mall is busy or on event days.

For drop-off and pick-up, you can use the area in front of Quality Hotel, located conveniently close to Entrance Hx. Just follow the signage leading to the hotel.
