Timings

Usually, we receive the time schedule from the organizer a few days before the event. As soon as the times are confirmed, they will be published here! Please keep in mind that the nature of live events means that times are often approximate. Neither the organizer nor us can usually provide an exact end time for the event or confirm in advance when the artist will take the stage.

Strawberry Arena is located in Arenastaden in Solna, just north of Stockholm and 10 minutes away from Stockholm City. The easiest way to get to and from the arena is by public transportation, such as commuter trains, light rail, subway, or bus.

Practical details

Information about whether a cloakroom will be available will be updated on the website and sent out in a welcome email a few days before the event.

It is not permitted to bring umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food, or drinks into the arena. No bags larger than 40x40x20 cm are allowed inside. All bags will be checked at the entrance.

Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.

At Strawberry Arena, there are plenty of options to satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst at our restaurants, bars, and kiosks. Specific offerings and opening hours will be presented closer to the event.

A more sustainable arena experience
We are now using reusable cups throughout Strawberry Arena. Please bring your cup from the stands and place it in one of the collection bins located around the arena – you can’t miss them!

Your tickets

Your tickets are available in the Ticketmaster app, and you must scan the tickets directly from the app for entry. Booking confirmation or screenshots are not accepted. Read more about how to find your tickets here.To ensure you and your group can quickly and smoothly scan your tickets at the entrance, we recommend logging into your account before arriving. Feel free to take a screenshot of your tickets before coming to the arena, in case there are technical issues accessing the app.

Please note that a booking confirmation is not sufficient – you must present the actual tickets, which contain a QR code/barcode. If you cannot find your tickets, contact Ticketmaster well in advance of the event.

Please note that the Golden Circle is divided into two separate sections: Golden Circle East and Golden Circle West, which are located to the right and left of the main stage respectively. You will therefore not be able to move between Golden Circle East and Golden Circle West before or during the concert.

For Standing Seating, it is possible to move between the two sections.
