Queuing
Please note: Queuing is permitted from 07:00 on the day of the concert at the arena plaza above the stairs leading to Entrance Y/Gate 1 and Entrance X/Gate 2. Please use the entrance stated on your ticket. These entrances cannot be accessed from the road below the arena—only from the arena plaza. Directions can be found below under Getting here, and signage will also be available on site. Camping is not permitted.
Arena District Goes Live – Experience more than just the concert
During The Weeknd's concerts, the entire Arena District becomes part of the experience. We recommend planning your visit in advance. The interactive map shows entrances, restaurants, merchandise, music, services, parking, and other useful information to help you prepare for the event days.

Getting here
Strawberry Arena is located in Arenastaden, approximately 10 minutes north of central Stockholm. Plan your journey in advance using sl.se or the SL app. We recommend using the metro stations Solna Centrum (18-minute walk) or Näckrosen (15-minute walk) to avoid congestion.
Heavy traffic and limited parking are expected around the arena. We recommend leaving your car at home or parking outside the arena area and travelling by public transport to avoid delays. More information about parking is available on Solna stad's website.
Accessibility
If you're arriving by accessible transport, drop-off and pick-up take place at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena, approximately 25 metres from Entrance Hx, where our event hosts will assist you. When booking your return trip, we recommend allowing a 30-minute margin, as the event end time is approximate. Read more about accessibility at Strawberry Arena here.
Standing ticket holders
Entrance Y/Gate 1 is reached by walking right from Entrance A, around the arena and past Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena. Entrance X/Gate 2 is located to the left of Entrance A. Both entrances are accessed via staircases with designated queuing areas. Please use the entrance stated on your ticket, otherwise you will not be admitted.
Please note that Entrance Y/Gate 1 and Entrance X/Gate 2 can only be accessed from the arena plaza where all entrances are located—not from the road below the arena.
Strawberry members
Strawberry members with Red Carpet activated are welcome to use Entrance Bx.
Entrance Bx cannot be used by guests with standing tickets or seats on Level 2 (Sections 213–227) or Level 3 (Sections 301–340). Please use the entrance stated on your ticket.
After the event
After the event, large numbers of pedestrians and vehicles will be moving around Arenastaden. To reduce the risk of accidents, temporary barriers will be in place around the arena. Their purpose is to guide as many visitors as possible towards the metro and commuter trains, where vehicle traffic will also be closed to improve safety. For some visitors, this may result in a slightly longer walk when leaving the arena.
Taxi pick-up is recommended at the official pick-up locations:

Practical details
For a smooth entry
Bags larger than 40 × 40 × 20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. If you have a standing ticket, a limited number of lockers are available near Gate 1 and Gate 2. No additional cloakroom or item storage is available inside the arena. All bags will be searched upon entry. Lockers are also available at Click & Service on Level 0 at Mall of Scandinavia.
A large number of visitors are expected, and due to increased security measures, entry may take some time. Please arrive well in advance.
On-site assistance
If you have questions or need help with your tickets before the concert starts, a Box Office is located at Entrance A. Inside the arena, information desks are available at Entrance A/Section 140 and Section 340 (Level 3).
Any complaints must be raised on site during the event. After the event has concluded, your ticket will be considered accepted.

After entering the arena, merchandise will be available on all levels, as well as at Entrance Y/Gate 1 and Entrance X/Gate 2 for standing ticket holders.
Earplugs
Earplug vending machines are available at Section 101 (Level 1) and in Signalparken (for standing ticket holders). The Alpine earplugs feature music filters (19–21 dB), provide a comfortable fit, and are available in multiple sizes. On the other arena levels, earplugs will be sold by roaming vendors.
Your tickets
As there are multiple event dates, please double-check that your ticket is valid for the correct date.
Your tickets are available in your Ticketmaster account under My Tickets at ticketmaster.se or in the Ticketmaster app. Read more here. If you cannot find your tickets, make sure Sweden is selected as your country/market. You can change your market selection in the app or on the website to access your tickets.
To make entry as smooth as possible, we recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) in advance. It's quick, works even without an internet connection, and helps reduce queues at the entrance.
Ticket Transfer
If you've transferred tickets using Ticket Transfer, make sure the recipient has accepted them. Tickets that have not been accepted cannot be used, but an unaccepted transfer can be cancelled.

Garden Party
Get ready for the show at Garden Party – the go-to meeting spot just outside the arena (Entrance Bx). Enjoy bars, great music, merchandise and an unbeatable atmosphere. Open 14:00–20:00.
Age limit: 18+
A Bistro Bar
Kick off the evening at Strawberry Arena's official Warm Up at Entrance A. Enjoy an outdoor terrace, BBQ, refreshing drinks and an electric atmosphere alongside fellow fans. Open 14:00–21:00. Also accessible via Section 101 after entering the arena.
Signalparken
Available for standing ticket holders
The arena's vibrant festival area! Start the concert experience with great vibes, delicious food trucks, refreshing drinks at our bar areas, music to set the mood and a dance floor where the energy never stops. If your ticket is for Entrance X/Gate 2, simply follow the signs to the Food Court/Signalparken after entering the arena. Open 17:00–21:00.

- Standing: Signalparken and the floor area
- Level 1: Section 101 (A Bistro Bar), Section 122 (North Bar) and Section 120
- Level 2: Sections 206, 214 and 235
- Level 3: Sections 302, 318, 319, 322 and 323
Kiosks
Our kiosks offer soft drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, coffee and candy. Selected kiosks also serve pizza and burgers. Kiosks are available on every level, with at least one kiosk per level remaining open until the end of the concert.
