Melodifestivalen grand finale to Strawberry Arena 12-13 March 2027
The Melodifestivalen tour returns in the spring of 2027. This year’s lineup of host cities features a mix of familiar locations and highly anticipated return visits. The tour kicks off in Karlstad on February 5—marking the sixth time the city has hosted Melodifestivalen. From there, the tour will travel across Sweden, culminating in the grand final at Strawberry Arena in Stockholm on March 13.
The 2026 Melodifestivalen tour saw a record number of attendees; demand has never been higher, and interest continues to grow with each passing year. There is no doubt that expectations for the 2027 tour are sky-high. It has now been confirmed that tickets for all cities and shows will go on sale on Wednesday, November 11, at 12:00 PM.

Tickets for dress rehearsals, matinee performances, and the final will be released on Wednesday, November 11, at 12:00 PM.

The Melodifestivalen tour is one of the year’s major highlights for music lovers across the country, offering spectacular live entertainment, fresh musical experiences, and a celebration that makes the entire city sparkle! "Melfest på stan" (Melfest in Town) is a major component of the event, organized in conjunction with the heats in Karlstad, Halmstad, and Norrköping, as well as the final in Stockholm—held at the Mall of Scandinavia.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere in town squares and shopping centers, with festive programming taking place on both Fridays and Saturdays. The new hosting duo set to join forces for the 2027 Melodifestivalen tour are Oscar Zia and Björn Kjellman! This will be their first time hosting the competition together, and for Björn, it also marks his debut as a Melodifestivalen host. Oscar returns after having hosted the competition twice before, while Björn has "Mello" in his blood—having participated as a contestant and served as a Eurovision commentator—not to mention his, to put it mildly, impressive memory for songs.
