Please note that queuing for standing ticket holders is permitted from 07:00 on the day of the event at the arena square, above the stairs leading to Entrance Y/Gate 1 and Entrance X/Gate 2 (not accessible from the road below the arena). Directions can be found below under "Getting Here", and signs will also be posted on site. Camping is not permitted.
Filas

When Bad Bunny takes over Strawberry Arena on July 10–11, the entire Arenastaden will transform into a living meeting place. With Arenastaden Goes Live, we want to make your concert visit even better – from the moment you arrive at the area until you leave the arena.
Plan your visit in advance with our map where you will find entrances, restaurants, bars, merchandise, service, parking and other important information that will make it easier to get around.
During the concert days, the area will be filled with people from all over the world, a great atmosphere and a wonderful recharge before the concerts. Take the opportunity to eat and drink, check out all the merch, dance to the DJs, make your own bandana and take selfies in our various photo booths.
We recommend that you arrive well in advance to avoid queues and get the most out of the experience.

Arenastaden Goes Live – vive mucho más que un concierto
Cuando Bad Bunny llegue a Strawberry Arena los días 10 y 11 de julio, todo el Arenastaden se transformará en un punto de encuentro lleno de vida. Con Arenastaden Goes Live queremos que tu experiencia sea inolvidable, desde el momento en que llegas a la zona hasta que termina el concierto.

Getting here/ Cómo Llegar
Strawberry Arena is located in Arenastaden, 10 minutes north of Stockholm. Please plan your journey in advance via sl.se or the SL app, and check service updates before departure for any disruptions. To avoid crowding before and after the event, we recommend using the metro stations Solna Centrum, an 18-minute walk from the arena, or Näckrosen, a 15-minute walk from the arena.
Traffic around the arena is expected to be heavy, and parking spaces will be limited. We recommend leaving your car at home or parking outside the arena area and using public transport to avoid delays. More information about parking is available on Solna stad's website.
Airport shuttle
During the Bad Bunny concerts, Vy Bus4You will operate a direct shuttle service between Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Arenastaden/Strawberry Arena. Read more about the booking options here.
For standing ticket holders
Entrance Y/Gate 1 is reached by walking to the right from Entrance A, around the arena and past Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena. Entrance X/Gate 2 is located to the left of Entrance A. On each side, there is a staircase with queueing instructions for the entrances.
Please note that Entrance Y/Gate 1 and Entrance X/Gate 2 can only be accessed from the arena square, where all entrances are located, and not from the road below the arena.
Accessibility
If you are arriving with paratransit services, drop-off and pick-up take place at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena, approximately 25 metres from Entrance Hx, where our event staff will assist you further. For your return journey, we recommend booking paratransit with a 30-minute margin, as the event end time is approximate.

Strawberry members
Strawberry members with Red Carpet activated are welcome to use Entrance Bx.
Please note that this does not apply to ticket holders in the standing sections as well as those in Grandstand 2 (section 213-227) or Grandstand 3 (301-340) - for these, regular admission applies.
After the event
After the event, large numbers of people and vehicles will be moving through the Arenastaden area. To help reduce the risk of accidents as pedestrians make their way into the surrounding road network, temporary barriers and traffic restrictions will be in place around the arena. These measures are designed to direct as many visitors as possible towards the metro and commuter rail stations, where vehicle traffic is also restricted to improve safety. For some visitors, this may result in a slightly longer walk around the arena when leaving the venue.
Taxi pick-up is recommended from the official pick-up points at:
- Råsta Strandväg 16 (past Comfort Hotel)
- Skridskogatan 1.

Cómo Llegar
Strawberry Arena está situada en Arenastaden, a 10 minutos al norte de Estocolmo. Para los poseedores de billetes de pie
La entrada Y/Puerta 1 se accede caminando a la derecha desde la entrada A, rodeando la arena y pasando junto a Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena. La entrada X/Puerta 2 está situada a la izquierda de la Entrada A. A cada lado hay una escalera con instrucciones de fila para las entradas.
Ten en cuenta que la Entrada Y/Puerta 1 y la Entrada X/Puerta 2 solo se pueden acceder desde la plaza de la arena, donde se encuentran todas las entradas, y no desde la carretera que hay debajo de la arena.
Accesibilidad
Si llegas con servicios de paratránsito, la entrega y recogida se realiza en el Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena, aproximadamente a 25 metros de Entrada Hx, donde nuestro personal de eventos te ayudará más a fondo. Para tu viaje de regreso, recomendamos reservar paratránsito con un margen de 30 minutos, ya que la hora de finalización del evento es aproximada.

Miembros de Strawberry

Después del evento
Tras el evento, un gran número de personas y vehículos se desplazarán por la zona de Arenastaden. Para ayudar a reducir el riesgo de accidentes cuando los peatones se adentren en la red vial que rodean el arena, se establecerán barreras temporales y restricciones de tráfico alrededor de la arena. Estas medidas están diseñadas para dirigir al mayor número posible de visitantes hacia las estaciones de metro y tren cercanas, donde también se restringe el tráfico de vehículos para mejorar la seguridad. Para algunos visitantes, esto puede suponer un paseo un poco más largo alrededor del recinto al salir del recinto.
Se recomienda recoger en taxi desde los puntos oficiales de recogida en:

For a smooth entry
Bags larger than 40x40x20 cm, umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food, and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. Please note that bringing your own food and drinks is strictly prohibited and any such items must be discarded before entry.
If you have a standing ticket, there will be a limited number of storage lockers available near Gate 1 and Gate 2.
There is no cloakroom and no further storage facility in the arena. Storage lockers are available at Click & Service on level 0 in Mall of Scandinavia.
Many visitors are expected, and due to the high security level, entry may take time. Please arrive early for a smooth entry.
On-site assistance
If you have any questions or need help with your tickets before the concert starts, there is a Box Office / Ticket Office by Entrance A. Inside the arena, information desks are located by Entrance A/Section 140 and by Section 340 on Level 3.
Any complaints must be made directly on site. Once the event has ended, the ticket is considered accepted by the ticket holder.

Since the event takes place over multiple days, please double-check which day your ticket is valid for.
Your tickets are available in your Ticketmaster account under “My Tickets” at ticketmaster.se or in the Ticketmaster app. Read more here.
Make sure you’ve selected Sweden as your country/market. Otherwise, your tickets for this event may not be visible. You can change your market selection in the app or on the website to access your tickets.
To ensure smooth entry, we recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) in advance. It’s quick, works offline, and helps reduce queues at the entrance.
Ticket Transfer
If you have transferred tickets via Ticket Transfer, please make sure the recipient has accepted them. Tickets that have not been accepted cannot be used. It is possible to cancel a ticket transfer if it has not yet been accepted.

Limite de edad

Signalparken – Only accessible for standing ticket holders
At Signalparken, you will find pizza, food trucks serving food from around the world, and bar areas with a wide selection of drinks. Signalparken can easily be accessed via Gate 1, and you can also enter via Gate 2 by following the signs to Food Court/ Signalparken. Signalparken opens at 17:30 both dates.

Accesible solo para poseedores de billetes de pie

A Bistro Bar
At A Bistro Bar, by Entrance A, you can grab a burger and something to drink while hanging out with other fans before the show. A Bistro Bar can also be accessed from inside the arena via Section 101 once the doors open.

Kiosks
Our kiosks offer non-alcoholic drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, coffee and sweets. Some kiosks also offer pizza and burgers. Kiosks are available on all levels, and at least one kiosk per level will remain open until the end of the concert.
