Foo Fighters to Tour Europe – Coming to Strawberry Arena 2026

Take cover, Europe… Some of the world’s foremost rock’n’roll ambassadors, Foo Fighters, are bringing their most maxed out songs to our latitudes this summer. Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Rami Jaffee and Ilan Rubin will deliver an absolutely fantastic evening filled with classic rock anthems, which will show both new and die-hard fans why they have become some of the most iconic bands in the history of rock! On Friday, June 12, Foo Fighters will be coming to Strawberry Arena in Stockholm with the Take Cover Tour! Joining them support are Royel Otis and Otoboke Beaver!

Following the release of Foo Fighters' latest single "Asking for a Friend", the 2026 Take Cover Tour marks the band's first European tour since 2024's massive Everything or Nothing at All Tour. The tour was praised by The Guardian for its "thrilling intensity" and led the Evening Standard to proclaim the band "still the undisputed kings of stadium rock".

Foo Fighters are an American rock band formed in 1994 by Dave Grohl, former drummer for the legendary grunge band Nirvana. The name "Foo Fighters" comes from a term used by American pilots during World War II to describe mysterious flying objects, a kind of early UFO sighting.

The band is known for their energetic rock music, strong melodies and intense live performances. Over the years, they have released several acclaimed albums, such as The Colour and the Shape, There Is Nothing Left to Lose, and Wasting Light. They have also won several Grammy Awards and are today one of the world's most influential modern rock bands.

Strawberry Arena is located in Arenastaden in Solna, just north of Stockholm and 10 minutes away from Stockholm City. The easiest way to get to and from the arena is by public transportation, such as commuter trains, light rail, subway, or bus.

A more sustainable arena experience
We are now using reusable cups throughout Strawberry Arena. Please bring your cup from the stands and place it in one of the collection bins located around the arena – you can’t miss them!

Practical details

It is not permitted to bring umbrellas, bottles, professional cameras, food, or drinks into the arena. No bags larger than 40x40x20 cm are allowed inside. All bags will be checked at the entrance.

Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.

Your tickets

Your tickets are available in the Ticketmaster app, and you must scan the tickets directly from the app for entry. Booking confirmation or screenshots are not accepted. Read more about how to find your tickets here.To ensure you and your group can quickly and smoothly scan your tickets at the entrance, we recommend logging into your account before arriving. Feel free to take a screenshot of your tickets before coming to the arena, in case there are technical issues accessing the app.

Please note that a booking confirmation is not sufficient – you must present the actual tickets, which contain a QR code/barcode. If you cannot find your tickets, contact Ticketmaster well in advance of the event.
