The police authority has introduced a total ban on bringing bags to major events. Exceptions can only be granted for medical reasons upon presenting a valid medical certificate and for people with children in need of a nursery bag.

Strawberry Arena is located in Arenastaden in Solna, just north of Stockholm and 10 minutes from Stockholm City. The easiest way to get to and from the arena is by public transport; commuter train, tram, subway or bus.
If you are using assisted transportation, please book your ride to Evenemangsgatan 16. From there, take the elevator to reach Entrance C.
To avoid traffic congestion, we kindly ask that you leave your car at home.

You will find kiosks at sections 131 open from 18:30 to 22:15. Our kiosks offer a variety of refreshments, including non-alcoholic beverages, nachos, hot dogs, popcorn, coffee, and candy.
If you have chosen app tickets (Mobile ID tickets), you need to download the Stockholm Live app or update the app if you have the older version to retrieve your tickets. You can do this via the App Store or Google Play.

Please note that the national arena in Solna, formerly known as Friends Arena, has been renamed to Strawberry Arena.
No bags, including small handbags, fanny packs, canvas bags and plastic bags, may be brought inside. It is also not permitted to bring prams, umbrellas, bottles, system cameras, food and drinks into the arena. There will be a cloakroom available for outwear (no bags) at section 135 at a cost of 50kr per item. There will be no storage facilities available (for bags etc.).
Many visitors are expected and as the level of security is high, entry may take time. Please arrive in advance.
