Your tickets
Please note that the concert uses personalised digital tickets. This means your entire party must arrive together, and as the booking holder you must be prepared to show valid photo ID (driver's license, ID card, or passport) matching the name on the ticket. You must scan your tickets directly from the Ticketmaster app for entry. Booking confirmations or screenshots will not be accepted. Read more about how to find your tickets here.
As there are two concert dates, please double-check which day your ticket is for.
Make sure your phone is fully charged and have your ticket ready in the app before the security check to speed up entry. Your ticket will state which entrance you should use.

Timings
16:30 Entrances open
18:00 Tori Kelly opens the evening, followed by Myles Smith, and then it’s time for Ed Sheeran!
22:45–23:00 Concert ends (approx.)
A large crowd is expected and, due to the high level of security, entry may take some time. To ensure a smooth entry, please arrive early.
Please note: Queuing for the event is permitted from 07:00 on the concert day at the Arena Square, above the stairs to Entrance Y & Gate 1 and Entrance X & Gate 2 (not accessible from the road below the arena). Directions can be found under Getting Here below, and signage will also be in place on site. Camping is not permitted.
Standing ticket holders are welcome to visit Signalparken at Entrance Y & Gate 1, which is also accessible for those with Entrance X & Gate 2. More details can be found under Food & drinks below.
Directions
Strawberry Arena is located in Arenastaden, 10 minutes north of Stockholm. Plan your journey in advance via sl.se or the SL app, and use the underground stations Solna Centrum (18-minute walk) or Näckrosen (15-minute walk) to avoid congestion.
There will be heavy traffic and limited parking around the arena. We recommend leaving your car at home or parking outside the arena area and travelling by public transport to avoid delays. More information about parking can be found on Solna City’s website (translation available at the top right).
Accessibility
If arriving by special transport service (färdtjänst), drop-off and pick-up is at Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena, approximately 25 metres from Entrance Hx, where our event hosts will assist you further. For your return journey, we recommend booking special transport with a 30-minute margin as the concert end time is approximate. Read more about accessibility at Strawberry Arena here.
For standing ticket holders
Entrance Y & Gate 1 can be reached by going right from Entrance A, around the arena and past the Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena. Entrance X & Gate 2 is located to the left of Entrance A. On each side there is a staircase with queue guidance for the entrances.
Please note that Entrance Y & Gate 1 and Entrance X & Gate 2 can only be accessed from the Arena Square, where all entrances are located, not from the road below the arena.
Strawberry members
Strawberry members with Red Carpet activated are welcome to use Entrance Bx.

Practical details
Bag Policy & prohibited Items
Bags larger than 30x20x10 cm, hard cases, or backpacks are not permitted inside the arena. All bags may be subject to search.
Umbrellas, bottles of any kind, professional cameras, food and drinks, as well as large signs and flags, are also not allowed. Water is available on the floor level and can be purchased at all concessions.
Storage
There is no cloakroom or storage for belongings inside the arena, but Mall of Scandinavia offers storage for larger bags. It is open during the concert day and available after the concert ends. The cost is 75 SEK per item, and you will find the storage at Click & Services on Level 0. Forgotten items can be collected at the same place the following day.
On-site assistance
Our event hosts are on site to assist you throughout the event. If you have questions or need help before the concert starts, there is an information point outside the arena to the right of the Box Office/Ticket Office. There will also be ticket stewards in orange vests marked TICKET SUPPORT in the area. Inside the arena, information desks are located at Entrance A/Section 140 and Section 340 on Stand 3 (Läktare 3).

Food & drinks
A Bistro Bar
Come and hang out with fellow fans at A Bistro Bar by Entrance A! Enjoy a delicious burger and a refreshing drink before the concert.
A Bistro Bar is open from its outside entrance (between Entrances A and K) from 14:00, and from inside via Section 102 from 16:30.
Signalparken – Available for standing ticket holders
Enjoy grilled food, food trucks, bar areas, and a great atmosphere – the perfect warm-up before the concert! Easily reached via Gate 1, but you can also enter via Gate 2 (follow the signs towards the Food Court / Signalparken). Opens at 16:30.
Bars inside the arena
In addition to refreshing drinks, our bars offer tasty food and non-alcoholic options. The bars open at 16:30 and are located at:
Standing area – Gate 1, 2, and 4 as well as on the floor
Stand 1 (Läktare 1) – North Bar, up the stairs at Section 120
Stand 2 (Läktare 2) – Sections 206, 214, and 235
Stand 3 (Läktare 3) – Section 302; guests in Section 319 are directed down the stairs to the North Bar (level 4)
Kiosks
Our kiosks offer soft drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, coffee, and sweets. Some kiosks also serve pizza and burgers. There are kiosks on every tier, with at least one per tier open until the end of the concert.
Selected concessions offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
